It all starts with a good old natter. I like to meet couples ideally in person at home, or a cosy pub, coffee shop or a walk with the dogs. I understand though we all lead such busy lives so a virtual call is fine.
We would spend an hour or so exploring your ideas and hopes for your day. I love to learn your story, get a glimpse of your 'couple character' and wrap myself in your happiness. Overall I get a feel for how I would create your unique ceremony from the get go.

After our initial discussion I will send you a booking form and instructions for sealing in my commitment to you. I will have already pencilled in the date before we spoke and on receipt of your deposit I will put it in my diary in permanent ink!
My process feels like getting to know new friends
I am there, again in the background, liaising with organisers, florists, musicians and any other members of the team to ensure we are fulfilling all of your wishes.
As your family and friends enter the ceremony space they will be warmly welcomed, whether you have two guests or 200, I'll be setting the tone before your arrival and reassuring that you have chosen to place them all in safe hands.
However you choose to structure your ceremony I will be on point, getting your celebration started in the best possible way! Of course I speak the words - in them lies a lot of the warmth and meaning, you just need to relax and take a mental snapshot of these moments, you don’t need to worry, I’ve got this.
By this time I will have lots of ideas up my sleeve but to give your ceremony extra warmth, tenderness, humour and (I know I go on about it but it's important) hygge I gather more info. You complete questionnaires or we may need another chat exploring more of your love story, your joys and journeys. We might liaise privately to plot surprises for your partner or if you want to write your own vows. I am keen to not take much of your time (you have plenty of exciting things to be getting on with) but for me, in the background, I spend up to 30 hours immersing myself in your journey and crafting your very own script. Of course, before the day you are free to make suggestions, read drafts and amend - by now we are a team and you're the leader!

My investment doesn't end on your day, I care about your ongoing strength and joys and all of that energy is still available to you if you want it. Anniversaries are often a time for reflection, ongoing celebration of your promises and shared values. The both of you (and I) have put a lot of thought and heart into what your marriage means to you both so I offer time with couples to refresh and revel again in their union, your achievements, perhaps your challenges, your comforts and routines. All with the aim of strengthening what makes you loving, rich and happy.
Fees depend on the type of ceremony you choose...
Wedding ceremonies & Vow Renewals from £600
Naming ceremonies from £350
Script only ceremonies from £400
Support for family or friend's speeches or toasts £100 each
Funerals and celebrations of Life from £300

Terms:
A booking fee of 50% of the total fee is payable to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to your ceremony or on production of the final script (whichever is sooner).
Ceremonies booked within 12 weeks of delivery require full payment at the time of booking.
All fees are non-refundable.
